3. User Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share, resell, or distribute your subscription credentials to third parties.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPTV Ireland's service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or credentials.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Irish or EU law.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our streaming infrastructure.
Use automated tools to access or scrape the service.

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are available on a prepaid basis for the term selected. Payment must be received before service activation. Prices are clearly displayed on our website. IPTV Ireland reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. There are no automatic renewals — your subscription expires at the end of the chosen term unless manually renewed.

7. Service Availability

IPTV Ireland endeavours to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages, interruptions, or degraded performance caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet service provider issues, force majeure events, or required maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on iptveire.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of IPTV Ireland or its licensors and is protected by Irish and EU intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, IPTV Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.
