1. Free Trial

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service not activated: If we fail to provide your login credentials or activate your subscription within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Significant service failure: If you experience consistent and documented total service failure (not buffering or partial issues) lasting more than 72 hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the problem, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same subscription through an error on our part, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You have used the service for more than 24 hours after activation.
  • Buffering or quality issues caused by your internet connection or device.
  • Change of mind after subscription activation.
  • You did not use the free trial before subscribing.
  • Failure to follow device setup instructions provided by our support team.
  • Breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., credential sharing, resale).
  • Issues caused by third-party apps, devices, or internet service providers.

4. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
